Websters Pages

I love Websters Pages papers for cutting and layering as I did on this layout here, but new for CHA they have these beauties, fabric ribbons and tags.  Can you imaginge adding texture with these to your mini books, scrapbook pages or even home decorations.

Tim Holtz

Tim has lots of new dies coming out with Sizzix, but it's his stamps I love most.  OK mainly because I don't own a die cutting machine, but he's given the sneakiest peek so far of his new stamps.  How unfair is this shot?!

If you have a die cutting machine you can find details of his new dies here, as there are just too many to add to the blog.

Jillibean Soup anyone?

Another CHA sneak peek this time from Jillibean Soup.  Good enough to eat? I wouldn't mind some of those little houses.  What a great way to add texture to your layouts.

CHA Sneaks

The sneak peeks of new products which will be launched at the Craft & Hobby Association show this month are coming in thick and fast so I thought you should see some of the loveliness.

First up some of Prima's new flowers.  I'm not one for using flowers but I think we may just have to have a flower laden class later this year. I absolutely adore these!

Some Graphic 45 Loveliness.  Imagine what a great embellishment this sheet would make to a layout. With all Graphic 45 papers it will be great to cut up and use in art journals too.  I will be ordering some from this range.

That's it for now.  I'll be back again later when I have trawled through some more sights.

Next Crop: Saturday 8th January 2011 & some admin notes.

Don't forget we have moved to Pockington Methodist Church!  Details on how to find us are over on the right hand side of the page >>>>>>>>>

If you have worked on your "A Little Piece of Christmas" mini book, then please bring it along so we can have a look at it and let us know how you found it.

There will not be a class held at this months crop, but if there is something specific that you would like a class or workshop for future crops please shout up and we'll see what we can do.

You'll also notice that the crop dates for the whole of 2011 are now available here on the blog so pop them in your diary.  These dates may be subject to change but if they do you will have plenty of notice.

Due to the change in location and the requirement for the public liability insurance the cost for 3 crops in advance is £16. (£4 for an afternoon, £8 for all day) there will  be at least one teaching class or workshop at one of the 3 crops.  During June, July and August there will be no all day session so the cost for 3 months in advance will be £12.
To cover the cost of PL insurance there is to be an annual membership fee of £5.50 due each January to regular members of Scrap n'Chat.

Any new person wishing to join Scrap n'Chat may pay on the day for a trial run up to 3 months. The daily rate will be:-

£6 for an afternoon crop and £12 for an all day crop.  Any new person attending more than 3 crops will also need to pay a membership fee of £5.50
